more magic from the boldly forward private pod

Published about 1 month ago • 3 min read

hey, maple muffin.

popping in with a few more fab takeways from this week’s BOLDLY FORWARD private podcast series!

(that’s tiffany neuman’s micro-audio summit™ featuring 9 short interview eps available at once — for women entrepreneurs leading the way)

if you’re currently caring for an aging parent, know that that time is approaching, or want to be proactive in your own aging + wellbeing journey, leslie hurst is here to help you make use of the tools + resources you have AND discover ones you didn’t even know existed

i love how she encourages us to apply the same skills + aptitudes we use in our business to creating a lived experience into the future vision we hold for ourselves in terms of our aging journey

so much of what she has to say is in high alignment with that thriveandbloom way of life, so you’ll love to check her ep out!

if you’re wondering why you’re working so hard + still not reaching the peaks you’ve been dreaming of, you’ve GOT to tune in to sherry lukey as she so clearly explains the power differential between our conscious + subconscious mind (and then teaches you how to literally tap into the potential for change within your subconscious mind)

i’ve had the good fortune to work with sherry before — in workshop settings as well as 1:1, and i can tell you that she’s a master at tapping + teaching you how AS WELL AS getting to the deep true root of the broken, outdated limiting beliefs that need to be recognized + replaced for alignment + success — which makes ALL the difference in your results!

tracy may shares some core tips for success that are grounded first in her experience as a 2x preemie mom. it was powerful to hear how so many of the strategies i live my life by as an entrepreneur now, did so previously as a teacher, and have always as a human, were also supportive in the context of being a mom of not one but TWO preemie kiddos

i especially appreciate the way she speaks about grief, specifically the power of acknowledging + accepting the experience of grief as opposed to sadness, so that you can heal + support the unique aspects of grief that you may have been unintentionally ignoring or neglecting

i also really resonated with what she had to say about reciprocity. as a 6-week preemie with 0 aspiration to be a mom myself, i really appreciated her perspective + the window into her world

and if you’re sick of decision fatigue + outsourcing your power to external experts at the expense of your own brilliance, wisdom + expertise, you’re deffo gonna wanna CHECK OUT MY EP ;)

as entrepreneurs, we live in risk. in the ep i talk about how you can intentionally choose to balance your high-risk decisionmaking moments with lower-risk ones, to give yourself an effing break lol

because even changemakers + rulebreakers can benefit from the ease of an intentionally chosen safe + good standby every now + again

it doesn’t have to be all fire all the time, ya know? (says this fire sign baby that came 6 weeks early in order to make it into the tail end of aries season)

anyway… i’d love to hear what landed with you — in my ep or any of the others

and if you haven’t gotten your free access to all 9 episodes in the series yet, you can do that right here: https://yourlegacybrand.com/boldly-forward

cheers, dear

hey, bloom. over on IG i’ve been making a weekly post called winsday wednesday, where i invite you to share your, you guessed it, wins for the week it’s all about celebrating all-sized wins, and it’s important as i went to make the post today though, i just couldn’t do it. not the way i have been, anyway like i said… celebration is important honoring your wins helps fuel you in all you do. and you, sweet bloom, are worthy of so much celebration AND… i can’t stop thinking of the humans who’ve...

hey, frangipane. back in my middle school french teacher days, rightabout now i’d be getting ready to guide my students in saying au revoir to avril and bonjour to mai :) i love to mark time in big + little ways, because otherwise it, as they say, flies by the other day on IG i mentioned what i call the “now + later effect” of self-care + presence practices, where you get the benefit of doing it now and then also later if — when you talk about it, share about it, or otherwise reflect on it,...
